This past winter break, the Ģ��tv Thirteen a cappella group embarked on their first trip to China as part of their annual “Jan Tour.”

Ģ��tv faculty, staff, and alumni regularly provide their expertise and contribute to national and regional media outlets shaping discussions around vital research and current events.

This spring, the Longyear Museum of Anthropology is showcasing the student-curated exhibition Unraveled: Labor and Meaning Behind Weaving. Created by 10 students in the fall 2024 MUSE 300: Museum Curating class, the exhibition brings together an incredible range of textiles, baskets, and fiber art from around the world, showcasing the craftsmanship, beauty, and cultural significance of woven works.

This year’s Academy Awards was a big night for Alex Coco ’12, producer of Anora, which won five Oscars, including best picture, best director, best actress, best original screenplay, and best editing.

The second installment of Ģ��tv’s spring Presidential Speaker Series featured author and UCLA professor Eddie R. Cole.

Ģ��tv has been recognized as a Top Producing Institution for Fulbright U.S. students for a seventh consecutive year.

Reverberations, the 2025 Senior Art Exhibition at Ģ��tv’s Clifford Art Gallery, showcases the work of Ģ��tv’s graduating studio art and art history majors, developed as part of their senior capstone courses in the fall.

Mind, Brain, and Behavior Scholar Anzi Wang ’25 has earned her an honorable mention from the Computing Research Association for her work on why people say what they say.
